Basic, deliveries within the UAE may take a minimum of 1-2 days.
All orders placed until 4pm will be processed on the very same day.
Orders placed after 4pm or during a non-working day will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery time may deviate from the usual timings due to access challenges in the following locations: Sharjah, Ras al Khaimah, Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Fujeirah
Subject to the orders below AED 10 000 is applicable to delivery charges
RR Decor Middle East recognizes that some delivery delays may occur due to traffic congestion, roadblocks, weather disturbance, or other unpredictable events. Delays may also originate from the Seller´s end, in which case RR Decor Middle East shall not be held liable for any adverse outcome.

Bank Transfer:
These payment types are done through your bank, online or through a teller. Once you have completed the transaction, you must send a copy of your payment confirmation slip for us to verify. Once the transaction has been verified, goods preparation can start.

CDC – Current Dated Cheque (Only as advance payment)
We accept cheques issued by all major national banks. The cheque must be on the name of ‘Projection Building Contracting L.L.C.’, and not ‘RR Decor Middle East’. The cheque amount should be minimum of 500 AED and above.
Please note: In the case for issued cheque gets bounce, there will be penalty of additional 100 AED towards cheque handling charges.
Cash on delivery:
Cash-On-Delivery, as in, paying the the remaining balance in cash, on delivery, is acceptable. When your order is delivered, you can pay to our delivery agents directly and receive cash payment receipt for the amount.
Every order must be paid 80% in advance so we can start goods preparation.
